BoltRoute is fully compliant with the requirements of a data processor under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). From day one, our primary goal was not only to offer you the best email verification system on the market, but also to keep your data safe during the process.

How We Protect Your Data

EU-Based Infrastructure: BoltRoute hosts its servers in Helsinki, Finland. The data you provide for processing is transmitted, stored and processed only on servers located within the European Union.

End-to-End Encryption: With BoltRoute, you can rest assured that your data is secure through our fully encrypted system, which ensures your data remains under strict protection throughout the entire process.

Limited Data Processing: BoltRoute only processes your data for the limited purpose of providing our email verification services. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.

Automatic Data Deletion: Email lists and verification results are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can also manually delete your data at any time through your dashboard.

Data Processing Agreement: If you are located in the EU, during sign-up you will be provided with our Data Processing Agreement which includes standard contractual clauses and further information about our processes.

As a data subject, you have the right to:
